The coverage area on smooth normal plastered wall is approximately 8 to 14 sq. ft per kg with two (double) coats (about 1mm - 1.5mm each or about 2.5mm in total). The coverage area, however, will depend upon the quality of the surface to be plastered.

The presence of white cement, polymers and additives in WALLRICH Polymer Cement Putty provides exquisite finish with no pores or undulations and hence the use of primer is made redundant.

Paint can be applied oncethe surface with WALLRICH Polymer Cement Puttyhas completely dried and hardened. This usually takes 24 to 72 hours depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.

1. Prior to applying putty, well prepare your surface. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, chalk, dust and residual particles of previous paint using wire brush or emery paper.
2. Dampen the surface to be plastered with sufficient quantity of clean water.
3. Mix the putty with water to prepare a uniform paste by slowly adding approximately 40% water by volume.
4. Thoroughly stir the mixture to avoid forming lumps.
5. Allow the paste to stand for about 10 minutes to allow the polymers to dissolve. Stir the paste again for a few minutes.
6. After thoroughly mixing, apply first coat of Wall Rich putty from bottom to upward direction uniformly which would be about 1.5mm thick. Blade can also be used for uniform application and minimum wastage.
7. Wait for 2-3 hrs till the first coat dries up completely.
8. After drying of first coat of putty just rib the surface gently with wet sponge and very gently with putty blade in order to remove the loose particles.
9. Apply the second coat of putty, once the first coat is completely dried and smoothened. The thickness of second coat would be about 1mm.
10. Leave the surface to dry for at least 10-12 hours.
11. Once the surface is dried, rub the surface with moist sponge to remove any type of marks and with water proof emery paper for smooth and fine finish.

WALLRICH Polymer Cement Putty needs to be mixed with 35% - 40% water by volume and mixed thoroughly to form a uniform paste. The special additives in WALLRICH Polymer Cement Putty provide this paste a longer pot life of approximately 2 – 4 hours.

Though it contains non-toxic materials but still care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical help. Persons who are allergic to cement/cement products should take proper precautions before use.

Prior to applying putty, well prepare your surface. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, chalk, dust and residual particles of previous paint using wire brush or emery paper. Ensure that surface is moderately rough for the putty to hold on to. Ensure that surface is just wet. Over-wetting resulting in accumulation of water on surface should be avoided.

Always add water to WALLRICH Polymer Cement Putty while making paste. Adding putty in water may lead to formation of small nodules which will reduce the performance of the putty.

Curing is not required after applications of WALLRICH Polymer Cement Putty, However, after application, just sprinkling of water over applied surface for 2 days will enhance the hydration of cement particles which will give better results.
